Attendance

Regular attendance is fundamental to a young person’s progress with us because meaningful change, trust, and learning can only develop through consistent connection and shared experience. Each day builds on the last: relationships deepen, confidence grows, routines become secure, and small successes begin to compound into lasting personal development.

When attendance is irregular, this continuity is broken, making it far harder for young people to feel safe, regulate their emotions and engage fully in the opportunities around them. Simply put, the more present a young person is, the more they are able to benefit from the support of adults, the stability of structure, and the restorative power of time spent learning, connecting, and growing within our community.
