The FSUK Board

What is Forest Schooling UK CIC?

Forest Schooling UK CIC (FSUK) is a Community Interest Company, operating an Alternative Provision over two sites across Kingston Upon Thames. We work with children and young people with a range of complex emotional and mental health needs during term time, and all children outside of term time in our clubs.

What is the Advisory Board?

The FSUK Board will be a group of professionals and individuals, who have various expertise in their fields that they can use to support and advise the directors and leadership. Members will support FSUK to ensure we provide the best possible provision for the children and young people in our care. They will help guide strategy and not the day to day business of Forest School.

The Board will meet once every term. Members will be presented with a report by leadership for feedback, advice and direction. This includes advising us on the development of strategy, policy and activity as well as the identification of future priorities and opportunities to be pursued under a working action plan.

We are looking for members from across sectors, including experts in fields such as:

  • Education

  • Additional needs/SEN
