Stephen recently participated in an interview for Richard's podcast and YouTube channel. They discussed Foret School and its activities. The conversation delved into how neurodivergent individuals can think creatively and generate original ideas, potentially influenced by their experiences with trauma. Additionally, they talked about Richard's experiences growing up in foster care.

This one was personal for me. Stephen's work sits right at the intersection of things I care about - early-stage building, doing something that actually matters, and the question of what really shapes a child's life. I don't talk about my childhood much, but I shared some of it here because it felt right. I was taken into care at two and a half. I spent time in a children's home. For years I genuinely thought I was backward, not because I was, but because I'd been labeled and I believed it. What changed things wasn't a system or a curriculum. It was a handful of teachers who went out of their way. (Richard Farleigh)
