If something is worrying you — whether it’s something that happened at school, at home, online, or somewhere else - it’s really important that you talk to someone you trust. You don’t have to deal with things on your own. We are here to listen and help, not to judge or get you into trouble. Talking about what’s going on can help you feel safer and more in control. You can speak to any adult in school, use the worry box, or just let someone know you’d like to talk. Your feelings matter, and you deserve to feel safe and supported.
